A tool to help developers upgrade Phalcon frameworks from one version to another by analyzing and reporting changes needed in project code.
Returns a log with changes to make in order to upgrade Phalcon from 3.x to 4.x, 3.x to 5.1.x or from 4.x to 5.1.x
